We are looking for a Student Assistant who will join our Corporate IT team in Denmark, Copenhagen. You will be working together with a team of 20 people, both locally and globally.
Your Responsibilities:
The tasks can include the following:
- 1st and 2nd level support
- Onboarding new employees in NNIT
- End user hardware support
- PC installation (Modern Device)
- Microsoft 365 Online support
- Maintaining & updating user training guides
- Intranet IT information update
- Asset Management
- Work in the MS suite such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Support to Corporate IT Architects
